Zehnder Baltics Privacy Policy

The Privacy Terms regulate the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website of Zehnder Baltics OÜ (hereinafter Zehnder Baltics) https://zehnder.ee (hereinafter website).

TERMS

Processing of personal data is any activity performed with the personal data of the user of the website (hereinafter user) – collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.

Users are all the individuals who visit the website or provide information to Zehnder Baltics, for example: reading the news, ordering products on the website or contacting Zehnder Baltics via email.

Products are all the products offered by Zehnder Baltics.

Zehnder Baltics retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose or by law. For example, accounting data is kept for 7 years from the end of the financial year. Zehnder Baltics takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data it processes.Only authorised individuals have access to the modification and processing of personal data, and the personal data of all users are treated as confidential information

The user has the right at any time to:

  • to ask for corrections, supplementations or deletion of personal data under the conditions prescribed by law;
  • request restrictions on the processing of personal data;
  • request the transfer of personal data.

In order to exercise their rights, the user must send a request to the e-mail address info.baltics@zehndergroup.com. To restrict the use of cookies, the user can make appropriate selections in their browser settings. If the user believes that his or her rights have been violated during the processing of personal data,they have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority.
